Friday Off???

Today, for the first or second time this whole school year, my kids were done with their home schooling by Thursday. I have the day off.

Now, it's interesting, because just having the day off is not enough.

I woke up without much back pain, without being sick, without the house being a complete disaster- LOL- so that means I can actually do some things today that I enjoy.

But someone (me) didn't have the foresight or forethought to plan anything.

Isn't it funny how we plan for disaster and mass destruction, but not so much a Friday off?
