I Actually Forgot The Doctor's Name!
I felt like such an idiot the other day! My kids have been going to Dr. Wells to get their eyes checked for a couple years now, and for the life of me, when I needed to call in an appt. to the specialist yesterday, I could NOT REMEMBER IT AT ALL for the referral!
