Forgiveness T.V. Documentary Made By Helen Whitney

I've been watching this documentary made by Helen Whitney.  She explores forgiveness from every walk of life imaginable.  Like the day that the teen boy came in a shot up a class full of amish elementary students at their one-room school on the countryside.  Like women, men, boys, and girls from all over the world who faced murderous atrocities... or were the cause of them.

Many had a hard time coming to grips that they truly had done wrong.  Some never left denial of their deeds.

I'm only in episode 2 but so far it's been heart-wrenching.  I was touched by how hard it was for grown kids to ever get over being left by their parent/s.  People that haven't been through that cannot rightly judge what it's like.  So, through all the murders, molestations, and mass genocide, we track humanity's inhumanity through the 1940's and onward.

Definitely a must-see.

It's on Netflix by the way!
