Sprouting!

Mung beans are by far my favorite, but you can do chia seeds in the same exact way, as long as you tap them off the screening back down into the bottom of the jar.

If not, they grow through the sreening or not at all.

There will always be slime around them, that's what they "DO", until they sprout.  It's how God made them, so they can keep water at hand.

Or should I say "hull"?
